Placing an order with SEYO is very easy, you just have to follow these steps:

You can choose from our catalogs the rug that best suits your needs and spaces.

2.- Choose color and size.

You will be able to select within each product the color and the necessary size within our range.

3.- Add the order.

When you have found your product and selected the necessary color and size, click on Add order to proceed with the creation of the same.

4.- Register your data.

Enter your personal information (name, telephone, email and physical address) and accept the terms and conditions

5.- And ready

Your order will already be entered and will arrive directly to our advisors, who will contact you shortly to complete the purchase process.

Consequently, all visits, all contracts and transactions carried out by a client (hereinafter “the client”), on this site, as well as their legal effects, will be governed by these rules and subject to that legislation. The terms and conditions contained in this instrument will form part of all the acts and contracts that are executed or celebrated through the offer and commercialization systems included in this website. CUSTOMER REGISTRATION

RIGHT OF THE USER IN A VIRTUAL COMMERCIAL STORE

AVAILABLE STOCK

The validation of the purchases made by the user in SEYODESIGN.PE, is subject to the availability of realization of each product, the person in charge of the area and the date and time of purchase of the product enabled for internet sales. The design of the product may vary between what is shown by the virtual store and what is requested by the user. Each user is responsible for verifying their order in detail, the finishes, the material, the colors, the place of delivery and the person who will receive the delivery. SEYODESING.PE will carry out what is indicated by the user through official channels, emails, quotes and purchase orders.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

SEYO reserves the right to cancel the order in case of possible fraudulent purchases, out of stock and/or errors in the virtual purchase platform, for these cases, the customer will be notified through the communication channels and the data provided entered in the registration form.

RETURN OR CHECK FOR ORDER CANCELLATION

Payments for the purpose of canceling the purchase are made by deposit, transfer or payment by Visa credit card. In the event of non-payment, default interest will be charged in accordance with the provisions of the Law. The Company does not perform home collection services.

DISPATCH METHODS

For the dispatch of purchases in SEYODESIGN.PE they will be made exclusively in the Metropolitan Lima area (consult with Customer Service the coverage area, delivery modalities and delivery conditions) within the coordinated period and time. The user is responsible for indicating the actual shipping location for their purchase, the coordination of the day and the time range indicated for delivery.

The shipment of the purchases executed by the user will have a cost. This will be indicated to the user at the time of making the purchase and indicate the shipping address in addition to validating the data as true. This transport service is subject to the availability of the staff on duty during the working hours established in our range of working hours. The holder of the purchase order is the only one authorized to receive the products. He must carry and present his identification document when requested by our authorized personnel.

Our authorized personnel, carrier and/or product dispatch manager, will kindly ask you for your document to verify the authenticity of your identity; in accordance with the Privacy Policies of SEYO and in compliance with Law No. 29733 Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulations.

PAYMENT VOUCHERS

All payment receipts, as well as the prices indicated in this virtual store, will be issued in their respective currencies and with the most current exchange rate at the closing of the purchase and sale. The client has the responsibility to indicate if he wants a ticket or invoice at the time of making the purchase. After this event, no change will be made.

Electronic invoices, electronic sales receipts and credit notes will be issued in virtual to the email that the client indicates, as stated in Article 15 of Superintendency Resolution No. 097-2012/SUNAT.

PROMOTIONAL BONUSES BY CAMPAIGN

These bonuses are not cumulative, they are only valid to buy on the internet and on selected products, they are not transferable to third parties. They cannot be mixed with other campaigns simultaneously, nor does it apply outside the event date. A person may purchase up to a certain number of bonuses, as announced in the campaign or virtual store event. It does not apply to refunds of money once the purchase has been made by this modality. When this promotional bonus campaign benefit is given, the user’s record will be kept, since each client is entitled to a certain amount of bonus. Once this number or bonus amount has expired, the user and/or client will not be able to continue enjoying these bonuses. Exceptions apply according to campaign.

DAMAGE AND DETERIORATION OF PRODUCTS

The Company does not cover deterioration or damage to the rugs caused by third parties, nor by negligent use or lack of maintenance or exposure to conditions for which the product has not been manufactured. The Company takes the best possible care of its products and strives to provide exhaustive quality control; therefore, it cannot accept the return of products damaged by improper use by third parties.
